The Role:
As a Finance and bookkeeping associate, you'll support essential financial operations that keep our dynamic organization running smoothly and compliantly. From day-to-day bookkeeping to hands-on involvement with vendor management and monthly close, you'll be critical in helping the finance team stay organized, efficient, and responsive. You'll work closely with finance leads, gaining exposure to internal systems and international processes, while being empowered to take ownership of recurring tasks. What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
* Assist with the monthly financial close process, including tracking and follow-up tasks
* Assist the bookkeeper with the day to day bookkeeping.
* Create and manage requisitions and Archers for supplier payments
* Administer and manage Bill.com tasks, acting as budget owner or system admin for specific budgets
* Review and validate international travel reports and event-related receipts
* Capture, organize, and archive financial documentation such as invoices, vendor records, and reports
* Support vendor offboarding processes and assist with finance tasks related to new banking operations
* Manage the “Jgive” donation platform from A to Z
* Help prepare budgeting tools ("baskets") for budget owners during budget planning cycles
* Provide general support for office finance preparations, especially during new floor transitions

Requirements: * Bookkeeper 1+2 certification – a must
* 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or administrative roles
* Basic familiarity with bookkeeping tools and platforms
* Strong Excel and document organization skills Tech-Savy
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* High level of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Fluent in English and Hebrew proficiency
* Eagerness to grow within a fintech environment—no task is too small or too big
* Experience with Workday – an advantage
