The Role:
As an Employee Experience & Operations Specialist, youll play a key part in shaping the day-to-day Employee Experience and ensuring operational excellence across our Israel office. Youll combine creativity, organization, and precision - designing engaging initiatives, managing welfare programs, and maintaining seamless people operations that reflect our culture and values. Location & Work Type: Jerusalem, Israel 4 days in office

What Youll Actually Be Doing:
Events
* Plan and execute company-wide events such as All Hands, Happy Hours, and holiday celebrations.
* Plan, coordinate and execute two large-scale annual events and ongoing team/group gatherings.
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver creative, high-quality experiences that strengthen company culture.
* Manage logistics, communications, and feedback for all events.
Welfare
* Lead employee welfare and wellness programs, ensuring continuous engagement and support.
* Manage lifecycle events (e.g., births, marriages, bereavement, reservist service, and other milestones) with care and consistency.
* Oversee company gifts and recognition programs (holidays, birthdays, and other occasions).
* Ensure information flow, budget management, and smooth operation of welfare platforms and employee benefit programs (BuyMe, Hitech Zone, classes, manicure, barber, and others).
* Suggest new initiatives to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
Volunteering
* Plan and promote volunteering opportunities and social impact initiatives.
* Organize company participation in community races and other social responsibility events.
* Build partnerships with local organizations to support ongoing employee volunteering efforts.
data Administration
* Serve as the first point of contact for all employee inquiries and all data -related matters.
* Ensure data accuracy across all systems, from HRIS (such as Workday) to Excel and other internal tools.
* Support HR, Operations, and Finance teams with reports and data -driven insights.
* Track participation, budget, and feedback for employee programs and events.
* Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
