The Growth Marketing Lead will own how shows up in the market, and how we turn our product and engineering execution and outcomes with customers into momentum, demand, and qualified leads.
You will deeply understand our platform, our users, and our ICP, then translate that into messaging, content, campaigns, and distribution that consistently generate interest. This is not a role focused on process, decks, or maintaining a brand book. It is a builder role focused on speed, creativity, and outcomes.
You will decide what we publish, where we publish it, what narratives we lead with, and which events or conferences matter. You will move quickly, experiment constantly, and create leverage through AI and smart ideas. An idea that comes up in the morning can ship by the evening.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high autonomy environments, sees opportunities where others see constraints, and knows how to create momentum that makes hard to ignore.
