We are looking for a leader who is passionate about driving innovation and fostering collaboration within our cross-functional team, someone who can inspire teammates to seamlessly blend their expertise in frontend and backend development to create an accessible and user-friendly applicative layer. Your ability to simplify complex processes into a sleek and intuitive user interface, while also architecting intricate backend logic, is essential for enabling our customers to harness the full potential of our product.

As a Full Stack Team Leader you will...
Lead a product team of developers, working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems.
Simultaneously manage the delivery of multiple complex development projects from design to release.
Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed tightly. Ensure that all stakeholders meet deadlines while maintaining the required quality standards.
Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.
Requirements: Min. 5 years of experience in managing highly skilled developers.
Strong leadership skills, including coaching, guidance, and inspiring the team
Proven knowledge in the software industry, with deep knowledge in Single-page applications (Vue.js experience is an advantage) and Node.js/Express as a backend framework.
Dedication to understanding customer needs and a commitment to improving their experience with the product.
Experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines.
Strong track record in leading and managing the delivery of software development projects, meeting key milestones, and overcoming challenges.
Ability to manage, track, and identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination and collaboration to resolve them.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the capacity to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven, context-switching environment.
Backend experience with JAVA & Golang - Advantage.
Experience with K8s and observability tools - Advantage.
