Youll be responsible for creating compelling content that drives adoption and engagement of new features in our award-winning app and travel advisor portal. Youll also develop high-performing ad copy and creative assets that attract, convert, and retain users.
This role reports directly to the VP of Communications & Brand and is ideal for someone who blends sharp writing with strategic thinking, follows cultural and industry trends, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Craft high-performing, world-class copy for paid ads (both static and video), landing pages and paid partnerships.
Write persuasive and engaging email campaigns that drive purchases, product usage/adoption and retention (UI/UX).
Develop creative and memorable static ads and video ad scripts for campaigns, product launches, brand and customer testimonials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams designers, PMs, campaign managers, and growth marketers, and more to ensure messaging aligns with creative and performance goals.
Come up with out-of-the-box marketing plays and creatives in pursuit of performance/ business goals.
Contribute to A/B testing strategies by generating variations of headlines, CTAs, and messaging.
Craft SEO-driven content and content for PPC campaigns to drive traffic and purchases.
Be the go-to reviewing partner advertorial/ad content that promotes us.
Requirements: English (Mother tongue) speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a content-related position, preferably in brand, comms or performance marketing in a B2C tech environment.
Proven experience creating high-impact marketing copy for paid ads, email campaigns, and video scripts.
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Ability to blend a data-driven approach with creative thinking.
Creative thinker with the ability to turn complex ideas into concise, actionable copy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and drive forward multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player with an optimistic attitude and a hunger to learn.
Passion for performance marketing, data-driven storytelling, and digital advertising trends.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for performance content.
