Required DevOps Infrastructure Team Lead
As a DevOps Infrastructure Team Lead, you will:
Lead, mentor and grow a team of DevOps and Infrastructure engineers, providing technical direction and fostering ownership and continuous improvement
Own the core architecture, development and operation of the dev and production infrastructure and self-hosted AI environments, including on-premises GPU infrastructure
Lead Kubernetes-based infrastructure end to end, including system design, development, deployment, operations, troubleshooting and lifecycle management
Define infrastructure platform standards, best practices and engineering methodologies
Own the DevOps toolchain, including DevOps tools and monitoring\logging platforms
Partner closely with engineering teams to enable delivery and solve complex platform and infrastructure challenges
Evaluate and introduce new technologies through POCs and technical assessments
Drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of platforms and infrastructure services.

Lead, coach, and develop the Platform and DevOps team.
Own AWS organization and drive its architecture, reliability, security, governance, and operational excellence.
Build a focused roadmap for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, automation, and developer self-service.
Grow the AI Portal and advance AI-enabled capabilities across engineering and the wider organization.
Partner with multiple R&D teams and lead delivery with our external engineering and cloud partner.

Required DevOps Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll split your time roughly 50/50 between people management and technical execution (writing code, owning architecture, being in the weeds).
Hire, manage, and grow a team of DevOps/SRE engineers, focusing on their performance, career development, and day-to-day support.
Lead the technical vision and roadmap for the Internal Developer Platform, working closely with engineering leadership to prioritize and sequence platform investments.
Drive architectural decisions for platform primitives - evaluate trade-offs and build consensus across engineering teams.
Build and maintain an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) -self-service workflows for provisioning, deploying, and operating services.
Mentor and grow platform engineers - pair programming, code reviews, and shaping engineering culture.
Own reliability standards: define SLOs, lead blameless postmortems, and drive systemic improvements.
Manage the Kubernetes (GKE) control plane and cluster-level primitives.
Own infrastructure-as-code standards (Terraform, Helm) and enforce GitOps practices across the org.
Build and maintain the observability platform - structured logging, metrics pipelines, alerting, and SLOs.,
Manage AI data infrastructure: pipelines and embedding stores as infrastructure services.

Build and automate multi-K8s environments, microservices, and internal infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm
Implement a security-first approach, integrating CI/CD pipelines (GitOps) and secure-by-design infrastructure
Drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions for automation, monitoring resilience, incident response, and threat intelligence
Oversee modern cybersecurity solutions (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls) and application security frameworks .
