We seek a Service (RMA) Material Planner Team Leader to join our operations organization and take ownership of material planning, replenishment, and availability to support RMA repair activities and meet customers service delivery targets.

As a Service Material Planner TL, you will lead and develop the Service Material Planning team and play a key role in execution and short-to-mid-term planning, while leading and coordinating material planning activities across local and global teams. You will ensure alignment between supply, inventory, repair capacity, and operational priorities, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions to avoid material shortages and delays.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead, manage, and develop the Service (RMA) Material Planning team, including setting priorities, allocating workload, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing guidance and support.
Own the end-to-end material planning and replenishment process for RMA repair activities, ensuring material availability in line with repair plans, customer priorities, and service-level targets.
Monitor material availability, inventory levels, shortages, excess and aging inventory, and proactively identify risks that may impact repair execution or customer commitments.
Establish and monitor planning-related KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve service levels, inventory performance, and planning accuracy.
Collaborate with global teams to align priorities, resolve supply constraints, and ensure effective execution across local and global sites.
Continuously improve planning processes, tools, systems, and work methods to increase efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness.
Provide clear visibility to management regarding material risks, shortages, constraints, priorities, and recovery plans.

We are seeking a Material Planner to join our Supplies Planning Team. This role ensures materials are available on time to support production, maintains optimal inventory levels, and responds to changing production and engineering requirements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a broad understanding of material planning and logistics processes, and hands-on experience working in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Procurement, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to identify material constraints, resolve shortages, improve planning processes, and ensure production continuity.

Responsibilities:

* Accountable for end-to-end consumables planning and material flow across three production sites in Israel, the Netherlands, and the U.S., from material requirements through production-line availability.
* Manage and optimize material planning processes and information systems, ensuring accurate planning data, material availability, and alignment with production requirements.
* Production control and planning: Monitor production plans, processes, and schedules, and ensure material availability in line with production requirements and BOMs.
* Drive continuous improvement of consumables planning processes by identifying operational challenges and opportunities, prioritizing solutions, and leading implementation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Engineering, Production and other operational teams to ensure material availability and resolve supply-related issues.
* Lead cross-functional material forums covering NPI, EOL, Rollovers, inventory & scrap, and material availability, driving alignment, risk mitigation, and timely decision-making
* Manage MRP activities, including material requirements, purchase requisitions, and production requirements, ensuring timely material availability
* Optimize safety stock levels to balance material availability, inventory costs, demand, lead times, and supply risks.
* Manage shelf-life inventory by monitoring expiration dates, applying FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and proactively minimizing expired materials and waste.

We are looking for a Vendor Scheduler to join our Procurement organization and support our growing business and operational needs.
As a Vendor Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring effective execution of the purchasing and supply process, from purchase order approval and supplier confirmation through delivery to us.

In this role, you will become an integral part of the Supply Chain team, supporting an efficient period-end close process, including WO variance, miscellaneous transactions, cost adjustments, and inventory count management. You will work closely with the Operations and Finance teams and have a direct impact on cost and inventory performance, inventory count accuracy, and process improvement.

Monitor and analyze daily Work Order (WO) variances against standard costing and periodically against BOM, identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions and cost/process improvements.
Perform monthly cost analysis of purchased items to identify trends, discrepancies, and savings opportunities.
Execute and validate overhead corrections, manual cost adjustments, and miscellaneous inventory and cost transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Analyze and manage Slow/Dead inventory, including review meetings, inventory transfers, write-offs, and disposal activities with proper documentation.
Monitor EOL activities, including end-of-stock updates based on demand changes, Last Time Buy (LTB) coordination, and resolution of urgent material issues.
Analyze, manage, review, and present end-of-quarter inventory comparisons.
Conduct monthly Finance reviews of WO variances, miscellaneous transactions, and cost adjustments, and perform end-of-period validations and closure of completed work orders.
Lead and track inventory counts, review results, investigate discrepancies, present findings, and coordinate and follow up on corrective actions.
