With this strong market adoption and rapid growth, our supply chain has become a critical part of how we scale and were looking for a Head of Supply Chain to own and lead this function.
In this role, you will define and drive our Supply Chain strategy, including major cost-reduction initiatives and the evolution of our global Supply Chain footprint. Youll lead planning, logistics, procurement and supplier management, while building the processes, systems, and team needed to support easyplants continued growth.
Today, our supply chain spans 7 fulfillment centers across the US and Europe, 200+ SKUs, 20+ global suppliers, and more than 1 million plants shipped annually, with an annual run rate of $90M.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a complex, global supply chain at a fast-growing consumer brand, operating under the larger company umbrella.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Supply Chain Strategy & Cost:
Define and drive easyplants global Supply Chain strategy and footprint.
Lead major cost-reduction initiatives across sourcing, materials, logistics, inventory, and operations.
Identify opportunities to make our supply chain more scalable, resilient, and efficient as we grow.
Planning & Inventory:
Own material and inventory planning across our fulfillment network, while optimizing inventory levels and availability
Partner closely with Data, Finance, and Production to translate demand forecasts into purchasing and inventory plans.
Supplier Management & Sourcing:
Own relationships with our key global suppliers, including commercial negotiations, pricing, quality, lead times, and performance.
Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers to improve cost, resilience, and capabilities and support new product launches.
Logistics:
Oversee inbound freight, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Continuously improve our logistics network, routes, transportation modes, and costs.
Systems, Data & Team:
Own and develop our supply chain processes and KPIs, using data to identify issues and drive decisions.
Work hands-on with our MRP system, helping define and evolve its capabilities as our supply chain grows.
Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and help shape the organization as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning team
Create RMA and POC forecasts and analysis
Monitor RMA & POC activity
Hands on management of day to day activity
Stocking and shipment optimization
Own advanced planning process
Lead complex projects: Process optimization, customer service and data improvement
KPI ownership: Missed SLA, Cost Per Ticket.

About the Role

Get a deep understanding and perfect knowledge of the project documentation, especially about the Power Supply system (High Voltage substations, Medium Voltage distribution network, Traction power simulation, Traction and Auxiliary substations) and the interfaced systems: Requirements (MDSM, Owner Requirements, Project Program), Interfaces & integration (NSA), and lists of Deliverables & Tasks (DTG).
Be able to verify the Design that the designers, called Line Managers (LM) will submit, to answer to their questions and to analyze their proposals.
Provide technical, and program feedback and advice on challenges, possible areas of improvement as well as possible alternatives, innovations.
Provide analyses of the LM designs and change proposals to perform Multiple Criteria Analyses to justify decisions for accepting or rejection.
Be able to decide to apply one LM proposal to the other lines for uniformity of the metro network, leading to reduce costs (for construction, integration, operation), to improve operation, make maintenance easier, or to enhance reliability, availability, and safety.
Carry out the studies to change some points of the metro tender documents and manage the LM to apply them.
Coordinate with the other technical disciplines (Rail Systems, CW, external stakeholders) for interfaces and be able to provide all required information for the success of the integration, Testing & Commissioning to get approval on power Supply and lead to the metro operation.
Serve as the Programs technical, process and professional expert on behalf of the Client, to make engineering decisions, accept design proposals or technical solutions, make recommendations, resolve technical clashes, etc., instruct and monitor the implementation and adherence to the Client Metro Network (MN) Power Supply documentation by Metro Line managers/designers and relevant Program participants.
Support, as necessary, the Client in providing technical support in relation to the management of Program statutory approval of designs.
Develop, when needed to be designed/procured at Network Level, the power Supply Programs reference design and/or performance specifications.
