About The Position
A modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events - with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, and Kubernetes monitoring - all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.
We're a well-established startup, post-Series F, with paying customers and sales across the globe. Our design studio is mature, with multiple teams already in place - and we're looking for an exceptional, experienced Senior Product Designer to help us move the needle in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Why this role is different:
This isn't a hand-off-the-mockups role. We give designers real ownership of the product:
End-to-end ownership. Every designer on the team owns projects from early wireframes to mockups to live, shipped features. You own the outcome, not just the artboard.
We're an AI-native design team. AI is woven into how we work day-to-day - Claude Code included - and the company actively supports and invests in giving us the best tools to do it well.
Designers ship to production. Our team has access to the company codebase and pushes UI code to production directly. This isn't about replacing engineers - it's about design owning the quality of the UI, working hand-in-hand with R&D. You'll be accountable for the product experience, not just advocating for it.
You'll design work tools that help developers, DevOps, and R&D teams manage complex software - turning dense, technical, data-heavy problems into clear, elegant experiences for technical users.
Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user experiences, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups to final implemented live features.
Validate your work through user research - interviews, usability testing, and analysis of product data - and iterate quickly based on what you learn.
Ground your design decisions in evidence - product data, user research, and feedback - and help define the success metrics that connect your work to user needs and business goals.
Work closely with R&D and product teams to bring these experiences to life.
Take ownership of UI quality in production, including shipping front-end changes directly (with AI tooling and our design system).
Contribute to, manage, and refine our product style guide and design system.
Make complex technical solutions clear and usable for a technical audience.

This is an AI-first role. You'll leverage modern AI tools to accelerate UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and product concepts, using Figma where it adds the most value for production-ready design, design systems, and quality.

What You'll Do
Own the UX/UI design of a complex B2B SaaS platform.

Lead design reviews and raise the overall design quality.

Turn product requirements into clear, scalable user experiences.

Use AI tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.

Maintain and evolve the design system and UX standards.

Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to ensure high-quality implementation.

Help Product Managers use AI for design while defining when deeper design involvement is needed.

Design & Motion:
Conceptualize, design, and animate brand collateral for CRM, acquisition, and product launches-ads, banners, explainer videos, UI motion, social campaigns, and more
Transform static assets into dynamic, high‑impact motion deliverables
Bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns throughout the year
Generative AI Expertise:
Already proficient with top AI tools such as Runway, VEO‑3, Weavy, Midjourney, ChatGPT or others-using them to ideate, script, prototype, and produce
Seamlessly integrate AI workflows into daily production to accelerate output and inspire new visuals
Stay curious and experiment with emerging tools to keep our creative edge
Production & Workflow:
Deliver assets efficiently while upholding brand standards and creative excellence
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Create and refine reusable motion and design systems to enable faster future production
Clearly communicate ideas, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders for smooth workflows and timely results.
