This is a challenging and dynamic role requiring strong legal expertise, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The position encompasses responsibility for all legal aspects of the Companys operations, including:
Providing ongoing legal counsel to the Companys management and subsidiaries, with significant involvement in their business activities.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal agreements.
Overseeing the Companys corporate reporting and corporate governance requirements as a dual-listed public company.
Managing legal interactions with members of the Board of Directors.
Supporting strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional, organization-wide processes.
Managing relationships and coordinating with external Israeli and international legal counsels.
Full-time position. The Company is located in Rehovot, Israel.
Requirements: Previous experience:
At least 7 years of experience in leading law firms and as an in-house legal counsel in technology-based public companies.
Substantial experience in advising dual listed or foreign companies reporting in the U.S - must.
Substantial experience in technology and intellectual property related engagements - must. Experience in bio-technology - an advantage.
Substantial experience in working with external law firms - Israeli and foreign.
Substantial experience in a variety of corporate law aspects, such as private and public companies financing and M&As, employee equity incentive plans, corporate governance, etc.
Requirements & Skills:
Excellent Hebrew and English, including drafting of agreements, legal and business communication & strong negotiating skill.
Critical thinking and high-level legal understanding.
Ability to work independently and lead internal processes within the organization.
Curiosity and interest in technological fields.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to details.
