Position Overview The Junior Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of our Water Technologies' global logistics and supply chain operations, inventory, and customer support processes. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, supporting procurement and inventory activities, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials for projects worldwide. Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including hazardous materials shipments when applicable. US operations and inventory control including shipments to and within the United States, reconciliation, replenishment, and shortage escalation. Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, warehouses, and logistics service providers. Coordinate logistics activities with the company's global teams, suppliers, customers, and project managers. Create, process, and follow up on purchase orders. Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmations, production schedules, and delivery timelines. Customer success and support, including order updates, delivery coordination, operational inquiries, and post-order follow-up Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery and proactively resolve delivery issues. Coordinate deliveries to project sites and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Support inventory management activities, including inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, replenishment coordination, and inventory reporting. Monitor material availability to support ongoing projects and operational requirements. Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and logistics records in the ERP system. Support import and export activities, including shipping documentation, customs documentation, and coordination with external logistics providers. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate logistics documentation and records. Assist with transportation and logistics cost optimization initiatives. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics, inventory, and supply chain processes. Perform additional operational and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements: Requirements:
Fourth year student or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Up to 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, operations, or import/export - an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English. Candidate experience and communication skills aligned with a US-facing, service-oriented role. Experience working with ERP systems; Priority ERP is an advantage. Experience using AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) is an advantage. Experience with purchasing processes and international logistics is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
