We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team developing the core technologies behind our SmartNIC platform. Your work will directly impact next-generation AI infrastructure, cloud networking, and high-performance data centers used by customers around the world.

As part of the team, you will contribute to the DOCA SDK (Our DOCA Software Framework), enabling developers to build hardware-accelerated, cloud-native networking and security applications. You will also collaborate on the Linux Foundation's DPDK project, helping deliver industry-leading packet processing performance and scalable networking solutions.

What you'll be doing:

Architect, design, and develop next-generation networking acceleration technologies.

Build and enhance core software components for programmable, high-performance pipeline execution.

We are looking for an outstanding Software Performance Engineer for our Linux Drivers group. You'll closely work with our Driver developers, verification teams, and performance architects, gaining a deep understanding of our Networking products and technologies built on top of our ConnectX and BlueField network cards. You will lead feature verification from design through implementation to integration into frameworks, develop robust infrastructure, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What youll be doing:

Work closely with developers to test new components, including crafting and executing unit, functional, and performance tests.

Develop a verification environment and tools to qualify the product from functional and performance perspectives.

Investigate performance-related issues in networking Linux drivers.

Analyze coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress toward product development and releases.

Identify and write all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner cases.

Forward Deployed Engineering sits at the frontier of that work. We embed with our most strategic enterprise customers, running on-prem, air-gapped, and heavily regulated environments, and own the technical arc from discovery through production.

Your day might include designing a solution architecture for a high-impact agentic use case, debugging a production routing issue deep in our codebase, deploying a new MCP server with a customer team, or aligning with a CTO on a rollout plan; all in service of outstanding outcomes and rapid time to value for the organizations we work with.

This is a founding function. The first FDEs will define how we conducts field engineering: the standards, playbooks, and technical bar. The work is hands-on, commercially scoped, and high-leverage: youll partner closely with Product, Research, Platform, Security, and GTM, and what you learn in production directly shapes what the core team ships next. In This Role You Will
Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from first prototype to stable production, including core engineering work that unblocks strategic accounts.
Lead deep technical diagnosis and remediation in our codebase and production environments, model routing and gateway behavior, large-PR scaling, multi-pass behavior, performance and reliability issues.
Build customer-specific extensions (MCP servers, agent skills, platform integrations) that deliver immediate value and become durable product capability; upstream them into the main roadmap where appropriate.
Embed closely with customer engineering teams: serve as their senior technical counterpart for hands-on debugging, architecture reviews, and joint implementation.
Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early; make deliberate trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery timelines.
Partner with Product, Research, and Platform to convert account learnings and eval-driven feedback into roadmap items, specs, and prioritized engineering work.
Codify working patterns into tools, playbooks, runbooks, and reproducible benchmarks that Support and account teams can operate independently and help scale the field engineering function across the organization.

We are We are seeking a Senior Switch Silicon Security Architect to define end-to-end security across switch silicon, firmware, networking protocols, and management stacks. Working with architecture, engineering, and product teams, this role will shape security from early design through validation, manufacturing, and deployment.

What you'll be doing:

Research, design, and drive the implementation of hardware and software security architectures for switch platforms that meet internal requirements, customer needs, and industry standards.

Develop threat models and define end-to-end security architectures for hyperscale networking solutions spanning silicon, firmware, high-performance networking protocols, and management stacks.

Partner across us with hardware, software, research, and product teams to shape the strategic direction of switch silicon and fabric-level security.

We are looking for a Senior II Software Engineer to join the CX Platform team, the foundational engineering team powering our entire Customer Experience group. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of backend engineering, AI infrastructure, and customer-facing product.

You'll work across the full platform stack (backend services, data pipelines, security, cost, and scale) with a meaningful and growing focus on AI infrastructure. We own the agentic platform for the entire Product Offering group: from building the LLM infrastructure and agentic workflows to ensuring they're reliable, observable, and safe in production.

What you'll be doing:
Own AI infrastructure for the Product Offering group. Design, build, and evolve the shared AI platform (agentic workflows, LLM integrations, observability, and guardrails) that CX product teams build on.
Ship agentic features end to end. Lead development of AI-driven capabilities using LangChain, LangFuse, and AWS Bedrock, from architecture through production deployment and monitoring.
Drive platform architecture. Set the technical direction for the CX backend (services, data pipelines, API patterns) with an eye for scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
Own core data foundations. Design resilient data-access patterns across Snowflake, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL; keep pipelines fast, fresh, and reliable.
Mentor and elevate. Help engineers across the CX group grow in backend craft, AI engineering, and system design thinking.

We are seeking a motivated Senior System Validation Engineer to join our growing post-silicon validation team in Israel and support next-generation connectivity products for AI and data-center applications.
In this role, you will perform system-level post-silicon validation, characterization, and debug across silicon, hardware, firmware, and software. You will support silicon bring-up and PVT/corner testing, develop and execute functional and system validation tests, analyze results, and work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex system issues.
This is a highly hands-on lab position. The primary location is Haifa, with temporary support at the Ramat Gan lab as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute post-silicon functional and system validation from silicon bring-up through production readiness.
Run PVT, silicon corner, stress, characterization, and qualification testing across a wide range of operating conditions.
Develop validation tests to verify functionality, performance, stability, power, and operating margins.
Debug issues across silicon, hardware, firmware, drivers, and system software.
Validate high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, CXL, Ethernet/SerDes, and DDR, as well as common system interfaces.
Develop Python scripts and automation to improve validation coverage, regression, and test efficiency.
Analyze validation data, identify issues and trends, and drive problems to root cause and closure.
Work closely with hardware, architecture, firmware, software, design, and DV teams to investigate and resolve issues.
Support the transition of new silicon from initial bring-up to a qualified, production-ready product.
Operate system platforms and laboratory equipment to support validation and debug.
Document test results, issues, root cause, and recommendations and communicate findings clearly.

This role will expand and accelerate the signing platform engineering and scales the operational support to Israel. You would be the first member of Cryptographic Services located in Israel, and the local owner of signing services. We intend to grow this into a local team. Are you ready to help build it!

What you'll be doing:

Own 3S for Israel-based teams during local hours: triage, debug, resolve, and advance with context when it needs the wider US and India team.

Do the engineering, not just the ticket. Review and deploy production fixes, and take root causes back into the platform so the same failure does not return.

Onboard Networking and other Israel-based teams onto signing and key generation flows, and make that onboarding fast.

Drive AI-enabled automated self-service - the 3S Copilot, our MCP integrations, runbooks and docs - so the region can unblock itself without waiting for any time zone.

Be the regional voice in our planning: bring release calendars and bring-up achievements into our roadmap before they become blocking issues.

Partner closely with the US and India teams, and with Networking DevOps and release management in Israel.

Help hire and mentor the team as it grows, including interviewing and onboarding the engineers who follow you.
