mechanical development of next generation company products from concept up to mass production. Working in a team environment, engineer is interfacing with key positions in and outside the company.

The Engineering Product Leader will serve as a
key technical and manufacturing authority
within the organization, taking end-to-end engineering ownership across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with

to drive engineering excellence, achieve key performance indicators, and ensure product quality, reliability, and operational performance.

What Will You Do?


Own end-to-end engineering performance across the product lifecycle
, from NPI and production ramp-up through installed-base support, driving product quality, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and operational performance.

Lead cross-functional resolution of critical and complex product issues
across production, integration, and the field, setting priorities and driving robust root-cause analysis, technical decisions, corrective actions, and closure across multidisciplinary domains.

Serve as the senior technical authority for manufacturing quality and product manufacturability
, driving engineering decisions and systemic improvements that ensure robust, production to reduce manufacturing defects and field issues, and improve overall product quality and reliability .

Own the Engineering interface for NPI and product industrialization
, leading engineering readiness and product transfer to production while coordinating risks, requirements, deliverables, and closure across R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and contract manufacturing partners.

Drive design-for-excellence and engineering maturity throughout product development
, influencing design decisions and ensuring manufacturability, testability, serviceability, integration readiness, BOM/product structure, ATPs, documentation, and tooling are mature for release and scale-up.

Own engineering change management and product configuration governance
, leading ECOs and CCB activities and ensuring changes are technically robust, properly prioritized, cross-functionally aligned, and effectively implemented across production and the installed base.

Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence
, establishing and tracking engineering KPIs, identifying systemic opportunities across quality, cost, reliability, and operational efficiency, and embedding lessons learned from NPI, production, and field performance into future products and engineering practices.

We are looking for a hands-on, highly analytical System Failure Analysis Engineer to lead end-to-end investigations into complex product and manufacturing failures.

In this role, you will act as the technical owner of failure investigations-from the initial symptom and data analysis, through laboratory reproduction and multidisciplinary debugging, to root-cause identification, corrective actions, and final closure. The position combines hands-on laboratory work, system-level analysis, production support, and close collaboration with Hardware, Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Quality, NPI, and Manufacturing teams. You will investigate failures in advanced multidisciplinary systems that integrate electronics, optics, mechanics, embedded software, firmware, ASICs, PCBAs, and complex manufacturing and test processes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end investigations of system and production failures, from initial symptom to root-cause identification and closure.
Perform hands-on debugging and failure reproduction in laboratory and production environments.
Analyze failures involving hardware, software, firmware, mechanics, optics, and manufacturing processes.
Work closely with R&D, Eng, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to define corrective actions.
Analyze production and test data to identify recurring failure trends and yield issues.
Support field-return, reliability, and manufacturing failure investigations.
Prepare clear technical reports and present investigation findings to relevant stakeholders.
Improve failure-analysis methods, tools, and documentation.

we are looking for a Simulation Engineer who will support our team's efforts to make the company succeed.

What you'll do

Perform thermal and CFD simulations of optomechanical assemblies using multiple FEA tools
Perform structural simulations of modal, PSD and shock
Analyze in-vehicle installation for both thermal and stiffness aspects
Hands-on thermal validation
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary R&D teams, including optics, system and HW

We are looking for an outstanding System Qualification Technician with a strong ability to understand complex systems and take an active role in the qualification of revolutionary technologies.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute hands-on functional and reliability test activities on full systems and components
Select, calibrate, and install appropriate instrumentation, including strain gauges, thermocouples, and accelerometers
Collect and analyze test data using data acquisition systems and software processing tools such as Python scripts
Evaluate test results to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, customer expectations, and acceptance criteria in accordance with automotive standards
Generate formal technical reports and clearly present findings and conclusions to stakeholders
Conduct failure analysis investigations, diagnose failed components, and identify root causes
Perform testing activities that may require night shifts
