We are looking for a System Integrator to join our Product team.
In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between products, customers, partners, and the field. You will lead product demonstrations, technical briefings, customer training, pilots, and field evaluations, while supporting the technical aspects of the sales process.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who can understand complex systems, operate them in real-world conditions, communicate with different audiences, and bring valuable field insights back to Product and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and demonstrate products to customers, partners, and at conferences through live demonstrations, technical briefings, and proof-of-concept sessions.
Deliver customer training and prepare instructional materials for operational and training environments.
Lead system bring-up and configuration at customer sites, including subsystem connectivity and Tier 1 technical support.
Run pilots and field evaluations end-to-end, from setup and configuration through operation and evaluation.
Support the technical side of the sales cycle, including customer requirements, technical discussions, and RFI/RFP responses.
Adapt technical presentations and demonstrations to different audiences, from field operators to senior command and procurement teams.
Maintain and continuously improve product demo environments, scenarios, and training materials.
Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, System Engineering, UX, Operations, and Engineering teams.
Capture customer and field feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
Support customers in challenging operational environments, including degraded connectivity and GNSS-denied conditions.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or another customer-facing technical role in defense-tech or a comparable complex-systems environment.
Tactical or operational background, with hands-on experience using or supporting mission-critical systems in the field.
Proven experience presenting and demonstrating complex technical systems to customers and senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of software and system architecture, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and troubleshoot issues independently.
Hands-on and highly practical approach, with the ability and willingness to operate systems in the field.
Strong problem-solving and self-learning capabilities, with the ability to quickly understand new products and technologies.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to work directly with international customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of independence, ownership, and responsibility.
Willingness to travel internationally and work at customer sites and field demonstrations.
Eligible to obtain the required security clearance.
This position is open to all candidates.
