Overall responsibility for the management, coordination, and control of subcontractor activities in Israel and abroad, including leading planning, engagement, execution, and continuous improvement processes. The role involves working with global suppliers, managing multiple internal interfaces, and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets. Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of global subcontractors.
* Leading subcontractor onboarding, qualification, and engagement processes.
* Building and managing work plans and resource planning.
* Monitoring and controlling performance: quality and deliveries.
* Risk management and identification of gaps within the supply chain.
* Leading improvement and efficiency processes with subcontractors.
* Ongoing collaboration with internal interfaces: Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
* Managing and leading reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.

The role is responsible for coordinating all relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, in accordance with quality standards, and aligned with company requirements. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic projects from initiation through implementation and full operational deployment.
* Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and key milestones.
* Define project KPIs, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions as needed.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks while developing and executing mitigation plans.
* Matrix-manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, manage deviations, and drive effective solutions.
* Lead project meetings and conduct regular project status reviews.
* Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and project Gantt charts to senior management.
* Manage project scope changes and ensure proper change control.
* Capture lessons learned and implemented continuous process improvements.
