* Lead quality investigations for failure events and non-conformities, including root cause analysis and driving corrective and preventive actions.
* Conduct internal audits, including familiarity with aerospace standards, and track and monitor identified gaps.
* Analyze data and present trends and statistics on an ongoing basis.
* Develop improvement plans and monitor their implementation and effectiveness.

The Customer Complaints & RMA Engineer is responsible for the engineering aspects of customer complaints and Returned Material Authorization (RMA) processes. The role involves conducting failure Analysis, performing root cause analysis, leading corrective and preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement of product quality and reliability. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers worldwide to ensure professional, rapid, and effective resolution of quality issues. Responsibilities
* Conduct failure investigations for products returned through RMA processes and customer complaints.
* Analyze product failures using engineering tools and methodologies to identify root causes (Root Cause Analysis).
* Define and lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing teams.
* Prepare detailed failure analysis reports, document findings, and present conclusions to relevant stakeholders.
* Provide engineering ownership of customer complaint investigations through to technical closure.
* Communicate with customers in Israel and internationally, presenting investigation results and providing technical recommendations.
* Support NCR, MRB, and quality investigation processes as required.
* Analyze recurring failure trends and lead initiatives to improve product quality and reliability.
* Coordinate with testing laboratories, suppliers, and subcontractors to perform testing and validate findings.
* Participate in internal and external quality audits as required.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Overall responsibility for the management, coordination, and control of subcontractor activities in Israel and abroad, including leading planning, engagement, execution, and continuous improvement processes. The role involves working with global suppliers, managing multiple internal interfaces, and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets. Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of global subcontractors.
* Leading subcontractor onboarding, qualification, and engagement processes.
* Building and managing work plans and resource planning.
* Monitoring and controlling performance: quality and deliveries.
* Risk management and identification of gaps within the supply chain.
* Leading improvement and efficiency processes with subcontractors.
* Ongoing collaboration with internal interfaces: Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
* Managing and leading reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.

We are seeking an RMA Planner to join our Project Management team in the Production Department. The role focuses on planning and tracking RMA activities, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that production work progresses according to project plans and timelines. Key Responsibilities
* Translate project work plans into production tasks in coordination with the Project Manager.
* Open and update production work orders, and support material readiness by verifying that assemblers have the required materials, work orders, and labels.
* Manage and track service calls according to project requirements.
* Schedule work in the weekly kitting plan and verify that all required materials are ready for the following week’s work plan.
* Monitor production progress and work order status, ensuring that projects and radar systems move between workstations at the required pace.
* Plan and coordinate shared project resources, including production cells and ovens, in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Identify and promptly escalate bottlenecks, delays, and blocked items to the Project Manager.
* Manage and update product trees, including disassembly and assembly processes, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
* Track on-time delivery (OTD): daily and weekly tracking for RMA projects, as well as monthly tracking of departmental work plans in collaboration with the Production Planning Manager.
* Over time, the role may expand to include responsibility for RMA support equipment. Key Performance Indicators
* Prepare the weekly kitting plan and ensure that the required materials are available and ready for the following week’s work plan.
* Track adherence to work plans and weekly OTD targets.
* Effectively manage work orders and service calls, identifying gaps and delays early.
