About the role:
We are building the accounting and tax practice that real estate firms actually want - one that runs on modern tooling, clean process, and people who know the asset class cold. We work with sponsors, funds, and operators across the US, including those with foreign investors and offshore capital structures. Our team is small, opinionated, and tech-forward: we expect everyone to use AI in their day-to-day work, not just talk about it. We're hiring three roles to build out the tax practice.
Our senior reviewer and primary client touchpoint on assigned engagements. You'll review partnership returns, manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, mentor junior preparers, and oversee work coming back from offshore teams. This is the role where the practice's quality bar is enforced.
What you'll do:
Review federal and state partnership returns for real estate clients before they go to CPA sign-off.
Serve as the critical point of contact for clients on assigned engagements - planning conversations, mid-year questions, deliverable timing, K-1 escalations.
Manage and develop junior preparers; give reviewer comments that actually teach.
Oversee offshore prep teams: set expectations, review their output, close the loop on quality.
Escalate novel or complex matters to the CPA with a clean point of view, not just a question.
Help refine the firm's workpaper standards, review checklists, and AI/automation workflows.

We're looking for a VP of Finance to lead financial strategy, planning, and operations.

The VP Finance will manage the Finance Department's day-to-day execution ensuring clear ownership across a highly complex organization that supports investment vehicles, funds, management companies, investor reporting, tax reporting, portfolio events, cash activity, and recurring financial close processes. Reporting to the CFO, the VP of Finance directly manages and mentors 3 Controllers/Team Leads, ensuring alignment, clear priorities, and strong performance across each area.

The ideal candidate operates at both a strategic and hands-on level. This role requires managing people, prioritizing competing deadlines, and enforcing process ownership, while coordinating closely with multiple departments. We are looking for a strong leader who can build a high-performing team, drive accountability, and coach reports to their full potential.

We are headquartered in Jerusalem. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in-office at our Jerusalem location, 30 Yesha'yahu Leibowitz Street.
Responsibilities:
Daily management: Own operating cadence, weekly priorities, resource allocation, follow-up discipline, issue escalation, and cross-team coordination. Process ownership: Implement a one-owner-per-process model - each process with a named manager, day-to-day owner, backup, and documented review cadence. Quarterly and annual reporting: Oversee ad hoc, quarterly, and annual reporting to investors, management, GPs, investment vehicles, SPVs, and management companies. Financial statements and close: Own the timetable and quality of quarterly and annual financial statements, including CPA/auditor coordination. Investment operations: Oversee finance execution for deal closings, capital calls, transfers, cash movements, and related reporting. Portfolio events: Ensure finance support for follow-ons, FMV, NAV, exits, distributions, secondaries, write-offs, and other portfolio events. Regulatory control: Oversee recurring compliance processes, including FATCA/CRS, investor tax reporting coordination, and regulatory reporting support. Tax planning and reporting: Coordinate tax cycles, CPA reviews, K-1/CAS/PFIC workflows, capital gains schedules, and investor-facing tax outputs. Treasury and cash controls: Ensure bank accounts, balances, receipts, distributions, wires, and reconciliations are controlled, reviewed, and documented.

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing and Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will own the incomes of the company and be in charge of all the treasure here. You will collaborate closely with finance, sales, and customer success to address customer inquiries, reconcile accounts, resolve issues and optimize revenue processes and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Oversee daily global billing operations, including invoice generation, system integration reviews, and ensuring all invoices comply with Sales Order terms.
Respond promptly and accurately to billing questions, correction requests, and customer inquiries.
Manage billing for ACH and Wire customers, with familiarity of Israeli and U.S. payment regulations considered an advantage.
Enforce collection policies, monitor payment activity, and conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
Review customer accounts and aging reports to identify overdue balances and engage customers professionally to resolve outstanding payments.
Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers while upholding payment terms, credit policies, and compliance requirements.
Support the development and execution of effective collection strategies aimed at optimizing cash flow and achieving key KPIs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, and Legal to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance overall collection processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of billing and collection activities and support the creation of management reports and actionable insights.
Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives, leveraging tools such as Tesorio to increase efficiency and scalability in billing and collections operations.
