As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in owning and scaling the backend data infrastructure that powers our platform-supporting real-time optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning applications.
What You'll Do:
Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing using Spark, and other modern tools.
Own the backend data infrastructure, including ingestion, transformation, validation, and orchestration of large-scale datasets.
Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to architect and operate scalable, secure, and cost-effective data solutions across the pipeline lifecycle.
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows across multiple environments to support internal applications, analytics, and machine learning workflows.
Build and maintain data marts and data models with a focus on performance, data quality, and long-term maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to understand and translate data requirements into scalable solutions.
Help drive architectural decisions around distributed data processing, pipeline reliability, and scalability.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Sourcing Team within our Core Engineering group in Israel. This team is the architectural engine behind our candidate-matching solutions, finding the best roles for candidates and the best talent for organizations.
You will lead the design of robust, scalable systems leveraging Python, React, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Celery, while integrating MS Teams to create a seamless communication experience for recruiters and candidates alike.
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) at our Israel site.
About the Role
Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-performance, scalable solutions for global enterprises using code generation. You will take full ownership of the lifecycle-from initial conceptualization and architectural design to implementation and global delivery.

The Software Engineer - Cloud will join a foundational and growing cloud team with meaningful ownership over critical platform areas. Responsibilities
Build and evolve the core cloud platform that supports real-time video streaming, recording, and AI processing across a global customer base.
Design, develop, and maintain distributed backend services that connect edge infrastructure with cloud systems and customer-facing products.
Develop and support data pipelines for both real-time and batch processing of video and AI-related workloads.
Work on systems responsible for ingestion, storage, retrieval, and secure handling of large-scale video data in a multi-tenant environment.
Architecting multi-tenant, highly available systems across regions in a cloud environment
Collaborate closely with Edge engineers and adjacent teams to enable seamless integration across the broader platform.
Use cloud provider services and SDKs as part of day-to-day development, including work across core cloud capabilities rather than a single isolated service.
Contribute to backend development in JavaScript/Node.js and, depending on background and team fit, potentially support growing work in Go as part of the cloud stack.
Participating in code reviews, debugging, and optimizing performance across distributed systems
Help support a production environment where reliability matters, including situations that may require responsiveness outside standard hours when cloud issues have broad impact.
