Bagira, a global leader in training and simulation systems, seeks a Construction Project Manager for end-to-end construction of simulation sites in Israel and abroad.
Hands-on role: infrastructure planning, AutoCAD drafting, contractor coordination, and on-site supervision - from requirements through handover.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning through handover
- Translate requirements into construction plans
- Prepare site layouts and drawings (AutoCAD)
- Coordinate electrical, HVAC, safety accessibility
- Manage tenders contractor selection
- Coordinate architects, engineers contractors
- Monitor schedules, budgets milestones
- Supervise construction inspections
- Ensure site readiness for systems installation
- Obtain permits, approvals sign-offs
Requirements: Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/Architecture, or equivalent practical qualification
- 5+ years hands-on experience managing supervising construction projects, planning through handover
- Experience with similar facilities abroad (simulation sites, training centers, control rooms, tech/defence facilities) - an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (layouts, drawings, execution plans)
- Experience coordinating architects, contractors, suppliers consultants
- Experience with tech specs, BOQs, cost estimates contractor proposals
- Strong independent project management: multiple projects, budgets, schedules
- High-level English for technical/international communication
- Willingness to travel (Israel abroad); valid driving licence private vehicle
