You will be a part of the global Payroll org managing the Israel payroll process and act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for all payroll-related matters. A day in the life and how youll make an impact:

Monitor and update attendance records and leave balances.
Oversee employee benefits, specifically the Cibus (meal card) system.
Prepare and file annual and periodic reports, including Form 126, 106 and 856.
Serve as the primary POC for employees, with the ability to address any questions related to payroll.
Work closely with the HR department on all employee-related financial matters.
Book and process invoices such as car related, employee meals, communication and other expenses that may be related to employees.
Record all payroll-related journal entries into NetSuite. Perform monthly reconciliations and provide analytical insights into salary fluctuations and trends.

Accruals Management: Prepare and analyze open POs reports, booking accrued expenses across various legal entities, as appropriate.

Tax Filing & Reporting: Ensure the quality and timely filing and payment of VAT, withholding tax (WHT), Israeli Tax Authority (ITA) prepayments, and year-end Form 856 filings.

Travel Expense Control: Verify the accurate accounting treatment of travel and employee expense reimbursements, including the preparation of the annual ODFOT report.

Financial Closings: Own and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in a NetSuite multi-book, dual-currency environment. Perform month-over-month analytical controls to ensure all expenses are booked accurately.
