Required International Compliance Lawyer
About The Position
Associates in our International Compliance Team provide practical, business-oriented legal advice at the intersection of law, business, and technology, with a strong connection to international relations, regulation, and geopolitics. The role is dynamic, diverse and multidisciplinary, and involves addressing real-time challenges such as sanctions and foreign policy, export controls, cross-border transactions, cybersecurity and information security regulations, and the defense-tech ecosystem.
Our compliance team take an active role in advising on complex local and international compliance matters, supporting decision-making in sensitive markets, and building and maintaining compliance policies and processes that enable entities to operate quickly, securely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements: 3-4 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a global organization, with significant exposure to international compliance (e.g., sanctions, export controls, FDI/CFIUS and cybersecurity regulations)
Excellent analytical and drafting skills in Hebrew and English, with strong business orientation and the ability to simplify complexity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders, tasks and deadlines
High English proficiency level (reading, writing and speaking) and experience working in English - mandatory
Additional languages - an advantage.
