In this role, you will use Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) design to be part of a team that creates the System-on-a-Chip (SoC) design cycle from start to finish. You will collaborate with design and verification engineers in projects, creating architecture definitions with Register-Transfer Level (RTL) coding, and running block level simulations. You will contribute in ASIC designs from design specification to production. You will collaborate with members of architecture, software, verification, power, timing, synthesis and more to specify and deliver high-quality SoC/RTL. Responsibilities
Own Networking Internet Protocols (IP's) Design team including definition, implementation and deployment.
Establish IP development methodologies sharing unified blocks within the IP design team.
Define the block level design documents such as interface protocol, block diagram, transaction flow, pipeline, and more.
Demonstrate technical involvement throughout the entire Intellectual Property (IP) development cycle, ensuring seamless integration into System-on-Chip (SoC).
Perform RTL development (e.g., coding and debug in Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL), function/performance simulation debug, and Lint/CDC/FV/UPF checks.

As a Regional IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of data center IT operations within a dedicated region. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to multiple Data Center IT Managers, ensuring consistent service delivery, high availability of infrastructure, and alignment with business objectives.

This role requires a strong leader with hands-on experience in data center environments, capable of balancing day-to-day operational excellence with regional planning, standardization, and optimization of IT processes.

You will act as the key escalation point for regional IT operations, driving best practices, operational maturity, and cross-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage Data Center IT Managers across the assigned region.

Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with global IT operations strategy.

Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards, procedures, and best practices across all regional data centers.

Act as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and operational risks within the region.

Oversee regional IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and supporting hardware.

Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems, including GPU clusters and high-density environments.

Monitor operational health and capacity across sites, proactively addressing risks and bottlenecks.

Review major incidents and root cause analyses, driving corrective and preventive actions.

Govern regional change activities related to hardware installation, upgrades, decommissioning, and migrations.

Promote automation, standardization, and documentation across data center IT operations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, global IT teams, and external vendors or colocation partners.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and operational SLAs

Provide regular reporting on regional performance, risks, capacity, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Ensure adherence to security, safety, and compliance requirements within data center environments.

We are currently seeking a Data Center Project Manager to manage and deliver projects within Amazon data centers. You will be part of a highly creative, efficient team tasked with tackling challenging problems that come with delivering projects in a live data center.

The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for project oversight and review of all disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural. A fundamental understanding of these systems is required, as the individual will be expected to identify areas for improvement as well as act on data provided from other teams and organizations. Project management and oversight of construction related activities as they relate to modifying existing infrastructure for the purpose of installing new or to replace end of life equipment. This will include the ownership of the project scope, timeline, and budget.
Provide project management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers.
Electrical design and review of designs associated with the optimization of existing data centers.
Construction/project package drawing review.
Creation of project scope, request for proposals, and capital requests.
Total project quality including the creation of a commissioning plan and oversight of the execution.
Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management.
Operational support including review of procedures, best practices, and maintenance initiatives.
Drive teams to perform troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis associated with equipment or electrical failures.
Work with contractors and vendors to deliver efficient and high quality project turnovers.
Be a leader within the group as well as within internal and external teams that support the data center.
Travel to support projects in the EMEA region.

We are looking for an experienced SRE Team Lead to drive the reliability, observability, and automation practices across our private cloud infrastructure and operations. In this role, you will lead a team of site reliability engineers, own the engineering roadmap for monitoring and automation, and act as a key liaison between development, operations, and platform teams. You bring at least 3-4 years of hands-on people management experience and a deep technical background in SRE or DevOps disciplines.

Automation & Infrastructure

Design, develop, and maintain automation tools to support infrastructure and operations teams at scale.

Manage pipelines and infrastructure workflows using Jenkins, Ansible, Python, and Bash.

Drive the adoption of infrastructure-as-code practices across the organization.

Collaborate with system engineers to improve scalability, performance, and fault tolerance of critical systems.


Monitoring & Observability

Build and extend monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana, the ELK (Elastic) stack, Zabbix, and custom scripts.

Implement and enforce observability best practices to ensure full visibility into systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across key services.

Partner with development teams to embed observability earlier in the software development lifecycle.


Database & Platform Support

Support monitoring and infrastructure integration for databases including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

Maintain documentation and champion knowledge sharing around automation, monitoring, and reliability practices.

Your main KPI is to grow our programmatic annual spend by hundreds of millions. Concretely, that means:
Scale our foothold in the ecosystem. Open new exchanges and SSPs, negotiate commercial terms and rebates with supply partners. Work with existing exchanges like Google and AppLovin on strategic technical joint ventures that go beyond "we're a buyer on your platform."
Find opportunities in our bidding. Work with Engineering and Data Science to leverage signals in the RTB stream. Turn auction-level observations into action: supply paths worth consolidating, deal opportunities that only the bid data surfaces, margin and fee dynamics worth pushing on, and inventory pockets where we should bid more or less aggressively. Your judgment plus the data team's signal is the loop that drives spend up and effective CPMs down.
Own risk, compliance, and the guardrails that let the business move fast. Be the focal point of compliance knowledge inside us. Partner with Legal on matters like GDPR, CMPs, and our broader legal exposure. Work with partner compliance teams to align. Create and manage risk models and workflows that let growth and trading teams take bigger swings safely.
Research new fields in the AdTech stack. Scout adjacent categories worth playing in: data enrichment, identity solutions, measurement and attribution, contextual signals, clean rooms, curation, retail media, fraud and verification, AI signal providers.
Build and lead the programmatic team. Manage direct team members and cross-functional efforts. Propose and hire the next roles, coach the team, raise the bar.
Be the senior face of us in the programmatic ecosystem: exchange QBRs, partner escalations, conferences, and the calls that need a leader in the seat.
