The PMO is responsible for driving the directorates tasks forward, including execution tracking and future planning.
By working closely with the Project Managers and Systems Engineers within the directorate, the PMO is responsible for creating an up-to-date operational picture for the Head of the Directorate, removing bottlenecks, and promoting the progress of projects and tasks managed within the directorate.
Job Description
Task Tracking - Monitor task status, identify delays and bottlenecks, and provide timely alerts to ensure adherence to project schedules while keeping the Head of the Directorate and Technical Manager regularly updated.
Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to the Head of the Directorate and Technical Manager, including work plans, status presentations, shipments, approvals, and related activities.
Resource Management Support - Assist in the allocation and management of personnel and material resources required for the directorates projects.
Risk Management - Identify potential risks and issues and support their resolution and mitigation.
Coordination & Communication - Serve as a liaison between the Head of the Directorate and other management functions within the company, ensuring smooth and effective information flow.
Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 3 years of relevant experience).
Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Fast learner with the ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity, and maintain high motivation.
