Education: o QA course / ISTQB certification / Equivalent experience. o Scientific Degree – An advantage. Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements
BA/B.Sc. from a leading university.
5+ years of experience in QA, System QA, or Integration QA for complex distributed systems.
Required Certifications: Must hold recognized industry certifications proving baseline competence, including an active ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or equivalent) AND at least one recognized Networking or Security certification (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+).
Test Automation: Hands-on experience maintaining, and scaling automated test suites (Python heavily preferred, Pytest, or similar frameworks).
Multi-Component Testing: Practical experience testing distributed systems and API- driven architectures.
Core Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, port routing, VPNs, secure tunnels, and client-server models.
Infrastructure & Observability: Strong Linux proficiency. Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and log aggregation/telemetry tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
Protocol Knowledge: Practical understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket communication.
Cross-Stack Validation: Experience testing modern Web applications and backend services simultaneously.
Big Advantage:
Experience working with SDR (Software Defined Radio) or RF-based systems.
Background in cybersecurity, secure communication protocols, or encrypted networks.
Experience with Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Load, Stress) using tools like JMeter or Locust.
SQL experience, specifically with analytical or time-series databases.
Military defense-system, intelligence sector, or field-deployment background.
Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and scaling automated test suites.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a Science or Engineering related discipline.
Scripting and coding skills and experience with one of the following: JavaScript / Python / PHP / Go / Java / equivalent.
Good understanding of databases, data structures with emphasize on RDBMS (SQL).
Practical Experience in Software QA - Advantage.
Experience using Playwright, Jest, Selenium, Postman and similar tools - Advantage.
Thorough and diligent personality.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
Strong organizational management and planning skills.
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proven experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test scripts/cases.
Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Grafana, Kibana).
Excellent problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
Effective communication skills to articulate technical issues to development teams.
Advantages (Nice-to-Haves):
Military/Defense Systems: Prior experience testing military, aerospace, or defense systems (command & control, embedded systems, or high-security software).
Cloud Ecosystems: Experience testing cloud-native applications deployed on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Understanding of cloud environments, microservices, or SaaS architectures.
Automation Exposure: Basic knowledge or a strong desire to learn test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Python).
