We are looking for a Procurement Buyer to join our team and support our global supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage raw material purchasing requirements for the production floor based on MRP recommendations.
Collaborate with suppliers in Israel and internationally.
Issue purchase orders and manage order confirmations, reschedules, and expedites.
Participate in negotiations with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Production.
Maintain and update procurement data, including lead times (LT), preferred suppliers, and forecast adjustments.
Update and maintain supplier price lists.
Handle supplier non-conformance reports until replacement or credit is received.
Manage ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) and analyze their impact on procurement.
Resolve supplier invoices that do not match purchase orders.
Coordinate air and sea shipments for imported goods, focusing on cost-effective and efficient freight forwarding.
Monitor shortage reports and align supply plans with the production planning team for the next two months.

The Global Fulfillment Lead acts as a senior individual contributor responsible for analyzing and improving global fulfillment performance through data-driven insights and business intelligence. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, tracking key operational & Logistics metrics, and developing actionable recommendations to improve service, cost, and efficiency.

It combines hands-on analytics with cross-functional collaboration to support day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. The candidate will build dashboards, analyze large datasets, and present insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement across fulfillment and logistics operations.

The Project Manager - Global Lumina Scanner Engineering Department is accountable for leading, coordinating, and executing cross‑functional engineering projects across the full product lifecycle, including NPI, sustaining engineering, production support, test infrastructure, and continuous improvement.
The role ensures alignment between Engineering, Operations, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain, enabling predictable execution, clear ownership, and end‑to‑end visibility of all engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple engineering projects in parallel across NPI, sustaining, test, electronics, and system engineering.
Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Drive execution through all project phases - definition, planning, execution, validation, and closure.
Coordinate design transfer, manufacturing readiness, validations, and GA milestones.
Own project governance: status reviews, KPIs, risk management, escalation, and decision tracking.

In this role, you will
Become part of the Global Supply Chain team and learn the organizations business needs.
Define and track planning KPIs, providing insights and identifying risks and opportunities.
Support cross-functional planning processes such as Scrap, Quarantine, and Slow/Dead Inventory.
Analyze inventory data, ensuring accuracy and control of inventory levels.
Assist with month-end financial activities (provisions, ABC segmentation, excess inventory, inventory valuation, etc.).
Transform existing Excel-based processes into automated BI dashboards, improving efficiency, scalability, and data accessibility.

Required Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A, Specialty, Israel
The Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A oversees the financial results & budget activities of our Specialty IL, monitor and consolidate the financial information and produces relevant reports as well as deliver key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analysis, while engaging various stakeholders in the company. The Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A will report to the Director, FP&A Business Partner, partnering with the GM for Specialty IL, supporting the decision-making process with analysis and insights.
Responsibilities
Planning and Analysis:
Oversee and manage the continued development of the Budgeting infrastructure, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modelling tools.
Support the development of the Long Range Plan, taking the lead on some parts of it, developing Business cases for the new business/ opportunities.
Prepare detailed analysis, trends, and KPI presentations for key stakeholders.
Capture business dynamics through the monitoring of Non-economic Business Drivers and explain the impact of their evolution on the Business KPI (Revenues and Margins).
Business partnering:
Developing a Decision Support System to help Senior Leadership make better-informed decisions to steer the Business.
Financial business partner to the senior management and commercial teams by providing insights, helping with building the right KPIs, and measuring results.
Budget and monthly Forecast (LE) - develop and monitor
Analysing sales and profitable measures, and OPEX by comparing actual, forecast, and budget,
Support partnership relationships, providing data and performance analysis to relevant partners for QBR and ad-hoc presentations.
