Atlantium Technologies is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our EMEA Service team.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting Atlantiums HOD UV systems, with more than 5,500 installations across 65 countries.
What youll do
Commission, maintain and troubleshoot HOD UV systems.
Provide onsite and remote Technical Support.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical and control-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and system upgrades.
Train customers and provide professional technical guidance.
Document service activities and technical findings.
Identify service and aftermarket opportunities.
Work closely with Engineering, Sales and the EMEA Service team.
Requirements: What were looking for
Practical Engineer / Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related field.
Hands-on experience with industrial equipment and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of industrial communication networks, including Modbus and RS-485.
Knowledge of water treatment processes - an advantage.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented, independent and hands-on approach.
Good English communication skills - speaking and writing.
Valid driving license.
Willingness to travel internationally approximately 25% of the time.
