As a Python TEST Automation Engineer, you will combine hands-on manual testing with the development and maintenance of automated TEST frameworks. Using Python, Linux, and AI-assisted engineering, you'll design and develop automated regression tests, validate new features and bug fixes, investigate complex technical issues, and collaborate closely with development teams throughout the software lifecycle. You will also help shape the next generation of AI-assisted TEST automation, improving both engineering productivity and software quality. We are looking for a passionate engineer with strong Python and Linux skills, excellent analytical thinking, and a drive to build robust, maintainable automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and run automated regression tests to streamline QA processes.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve bugs.
* Investigate defects, validate fixes, and collaborate with developers.
* Design and execute manual testing strategies to validate product functionality.
* Analyze TEST results, communicate quality metrics, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
* Deliver accurate, timely TEST reports to ensure adherence to release timelines.

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join the Solutions Testing Group at Infinidat. As part of our Test Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Development, and Customer Support teams throughout the entire product lifecycle. In this role, you will contribute to test planning and execution, combining hands-on manual testing with the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks across several of the company’s products. You will independently lead and deliver testing efforts end-to-end, from requirements analysis through final validation
