The role is expected to be approximately 75% hands-on, directly involved in TEST design, execution, and investigation alongside the team.
Responsibilities:

* Form and Lead a team of scale TEST engineers, hiring and guiding them through complex, large-scale TEST design, execution, and root-cause analysis
* Design and execute tests that combine multiple features, protocols, and workloads concurrently at maximum scale (pools, volumes, snapshots, replication, etc.)
* Build and maintain customer-representative testbeds that mirror real-world production configurations at scale
