We are looking for a top-notch Sr software automation engineer to drive our test efforts and automation infrastructure. You will be in charge of, first and foremost, product quality, design and plan required quality assurance tests, you will develop automation tests and needed infrastructure together with deployment to all known cloud providers using python, and working closely with a development team to address issues that were discovered. Additionally, you will be involved in developing test infrastructure for Unit-Tests, Integration-Tests and more, while providing the infrastructure as a service to the dev teams. The job is deeply hands-on and requires a deep understanding of the product, and the environments it runs.
Your Impact
Work closely with our engineering teams to understand business requirements
Own and develop test infrastructure used by dev teams, while providing them with guidance and assistance for using it
Design, plan and implement automatic tests for our critical business paths
Own and adjust our UI testing framework to support dev teams which are using it to develop end-to-end tests
Own and improve peripheral tools for our quality efforts, such as reporting, investigation etc.
Identifying, reporting, documenting and tracking defect/bug issues
Investigate, analyze and find the root causes for failed systems and software
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Network QA engineer, you'll own the quality of Enterprise Network products: ZTNA, SWG, SASE, and VPN. You'll build the test frameworks that verify how traffic is routed, inspected, secured, and delivered across real enterprise environments, then use them to catch problems before customers ever see them. You'll also become a deep source of product and protocol knowledge, working shoulder to shoulder with our R&D team.

As part of this role, you will:

Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for our network stack, covering ZTNA policy enforcement, SWG traffic inspection, SASE routing, and VPN tunneling, at both the end-to-end and component level.
Grow our network test automation infrastructure, adding coverage for new features and hardening existing suites as the product evolves.
Build and manage test environments that reproduce real customer topologies, including varied network conditions, identity providers, operating systems, and browsers.
Validate performance, reliability, and security behavior under load, latency, and failure scenarios that mirror how enterprises actually run.
Plan and execute manual testing for new releases where automation doesn't yet reach, and convert repeatable manual cases into automated ones.

In this role, youll design, develop, and implement automated tests for complex backend services, ensuring our distributed systems remain reliable, performant, and secure as we scale.

Youll collaborate closely with backend engineers and other QA automation developers to embed automation into the development lifecycle and take ownership of quality assurance across critical backend components.



What Youll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend services.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient test code in TypeScript.
Build and execute automated test suites to validate Kafka message flows, stream processing, and other backend integrations, data pipelines, and APIs interactions.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, monitor test coverage, and ensure test stability and reliability.
Collaborate with backend developers to define test strategies and ensure new features are testable by design.
Investigate, reproduce, and document defects with clear technical details and context.
Continuously enhance test frameworks, tools, and internal QA processes for greater efficiency and robustness.

Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end, regression, and sanity tests, while identifying gaps in automation coverage.
Perform thorough manual testing to validate new features, assess release readiness, and ensure an outstanding user experience.
Investigate, reproduce, and help troubleshoot product quality issues to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
Review and validate product functionality before production releases.
Verify software updates, bug fixes, and patches to ensure quality and stability.
