We are looking for a Financial ERP Domain Leader to join our Finance ERP team. In this role, you will combine accounting and finance knowledge with a hands-on approach to data, systems, and automation - supporting financial data integrity, reporting, and process improvement across our global Finance organization.
How will you make an impact?
Validate financial data accuracy and investigate anomalies across systems
Design and maintain automated reconciliation processes to support the close cycle
Prepare, load, and transform financial data between systems, including large-scale bulk operations, corrections, and migrations
Build and maintain self-service reports and analytics for Finance stakeholders
Work on AI and automation pilots to identify opportunities and improve finance workflows
Support finance projects including system rollouts, process improvements, and M&A integrations
Collaborate with global Finance and IT stakeholders on operational enhancements and system improvements.

As a Cloud FinOps Business Partner, you'll sit at the center of how we invest in, optimizes, and governs a large-scale cloud footprint. Working across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement and IT, you'll drive cost visibility, lead optimization programs, and shape best-practice FinOps at scale - boosting the company's cloud efficiency and cloud governance.
How will you make an impact?
Support business units with cloud cost transparency by preparing reports, dashboards, and cost breakdowns.
Partner with Engineering, Cloud Ops, Finance and Product teams to turn cost insights into action
Assist in company-wide cloud efficiency and cost-optimization programs by analyzing usage data and identifying savings opportunities.
Track and maintain FinOps KPIs and reporting; build and maintain optimization roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor commitment coverage (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans) and flag commercial opportunities for review.
Analyze AWS cost and usage reports and assist with budget tracking and variance analysis.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and help contextualize cloud billing data for non-technical audiences.
Participate in FinOps initiatives around AI workloads and assist in tracking AI-related cloud costs.

As part of the IT organization, you will not only support financial planning processes but also drive AI and automation innovation - identifying opportunities where technology can eliminate manual work and enhance financial decision-making. This is a highly impactful role for someone who brings both system ownership credibility and a forward-thinking, tech-driven mindset.

FP&A & Planning Systems:
Own Workday Adaptive Planning - model structure, data loaders dimensions, user access
Drive the full FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, headcount, sales incentive, and COW models
Validate data accuracy across R2R and FP&A processes; support month/quarter-end close
Maintain data flows between source systems, Workday Financials, and planning/BI tools
Build and maintain Power BI financial dashboards for Corporate Services AI & Innovation
AI & Innovation:
Lead the AI and automation agenda for FP&A systems within the Finance IT team
Pilot AI tools to reduce manual effort, improve forecast accuracy, and accelerate reporting
Lead system enhancements end-to-end and partner with stakeholders on new entity rollouts.
