Required Senior IT Helpdesk Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, prioritize, and resolve incoming IT support requests through the ticketing system, maintaining clear and effective communication with end-users.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, networks, and SaaS applications with precision and efficiency.
Provide high-quality technical support to diverse internal and remote employees, ensuring swift and professional issue resolution.
Identify recurring issues and work proactively to prevent future occurrences, enhancing system reliability.
Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting and resolution processes. Create and update documentation to support knowledge transfer within the IT team.

Required Data Center Technician II

Responsibilities
Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across projects or functions.
Report issues and follow data center procedures to troubleshoot and diagnose straightforward issues with equipment or infrastructure as they arise, and applying the resources needed to resolve identified issues.
Maintain the security and integrity of data, track various forms of media to check for standard data security issues (e.g., data was not properly erased) handled in accordance with our security standards.
Disassemble specific equipment that has reached its end-of-life via part replacement or maintenance, in a team setting.
Repair, fix, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, servers, machines, or infrastructure based on identified issues with defined solutions and limited guidance.

As an IT Datacenter Technician Intern, you will learn to play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure within our data centers. This includes working hands-on with modern GPU cloud cluster technologies. Your responsibilities will involve learning how to support data center IT infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, perform physical hardware repairs, and ensure the smooth operation of critical systems.

This is a shift-based role and provides an opportunity to become a full-time L1 IT Technician.

Skills you will learn:

Diagnosing and resolving issues related to IT hardware, while ensuring continuous support of the data centers IT infrastructure.
Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
Installing, upgrading, and dismantling hardware based on operational requests and requirements.
Managing and maintaining the connectivity of fiber optic cables and patch cords.
Planning, executing, and monitoring regular IT tasks to maintain and improve infrastructure operations.
Processing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in compliance with established manuals and procedures.
Developing clear and comprehensive documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams.

* Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, switches, phones, conference rooms, TVs, and back-office systems.
* Assistance in inventory monitoring, planning, and execution.
