In this role, you will lead a team of Integration Engineers responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing system validation activities across hardware and software, ensuring high product quality and reliability. You will work closely with R&D, system Engineering, QA, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams, taking part in system design reviews while maintaining a deep understanding of market requirements, system architecture, and customer expectations. What will you be doing?
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integration Engineers.
* Define team priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution of integration and validation activities.

Responsibilities

System validation activity includes Phy, HW and SW validation
Study system architecture and system requirements and take part in a test plan to address these requirements in collaboration with system engineering and other teams
Define and write automatic test plans and test procedures for new systems and features
Build test setups for fully automated regression as well as for manual tests
Take active part, hands-on in team execution: integration and feature/product enabling, bring up and debug activities, regression automation test of satellite systems
Record, investigate and analyze defects

The position is responsible for the technical leadership as well as the team management of ATE test station development and automation SW infrastructure, from system architecture, test strategy, down to production.
