In this role, you will take part in leading electronic manufacturing and assembly processes, working with innovative technologies, and collaborating with multiple interfaces across the organization
In this role you will
Monitor, control, analyze, and improve automated SMT processes with emphasis on process stability, quality, and reliability
Provide ongoing technological support to production lines and implement new technologies
Lead failure investigations, data analysis, and root cause analysis activities
Build, optimize, and control soldering profiles for Reflow ovens
Provide technological solutions and support manufacturing processes
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from development to production
Write and maintain work instructions, procedures, and process documentation
Train employees and implement working methods within production processes
Work with multiple interfaces including manufacturing, quality, development, component engineering, purchasing, and subcontractors.
Requirements: Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering - Advantage
At least 3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing and SMT assembly processes
Knowledge and experience with automated SMT processes and SMT line equipment
Familiarity with inspection and control systems such as AOI, SPI, and X-RAY
Experience in building soldering profiles and familiarity with Reflow processes
Knowledge of relevant IPC standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001
Technical English proficiency including reading, writing, and editing technical documents
High motivation, initiative, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
