What Youll Be Working On:
Ensure Site Readiness: Oversee all aspects of site readiness, proactively coordinating with diverse stakeholders to guarantee facilities are fully prepared for seamless equipment installation and operational deployment.
Own Deployment Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for physical layer and cable infrastructure rollouts, driving vendor execution from initial planning phases through final testing and handoff.
Manage Physical Infrastructure: Partner closely with internal deployment engineers to oversee the installation of structured cabling (backbone fiber, copper, pathways, and containment), ensuring third-party vendors execute strictly according to engineering designs and timelines.

We are seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager - Generative AI to support the planning and execution of technical and operational programs for key partners and maintain strong customer relationships.
