We are looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Collections & AR Specialist to join CFO Office.
As part of the Billing team, you will report to the Billing Director and take ownership of global collections operations. You will work directly with customers and collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments, resolve complex billing and payment issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies to support the companys cash flow performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and continuously improving processes in a fast-paced global SaaS environment.

Manage the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process of the company and its subsidiaries.
Lead intercompany and transfer pricing processes and reconciliation
Work with the Company's external auditors and lead the annual audit process.
Work closely with the Procurement and Supply Chain departments to ensure inventory records are properly and accurately maintained
Oversee cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities & control, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, and other standard accounting procedures
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Manage any tax filing and audits.
