As we continue onboarding more games and expanding Ludeos reach, we are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow key partner relationships.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships from A to Z. You will make sure each partner is getting the best possible our experience, support onboarding and ongoing activity, and bring partner needs, feedback, and priorities back to the internal team.
This role is a strong fit for someone who loves games, understands the gaming space, enjoys working directly with partners, and feels comfortable leading meetings, presenting updates, and pushing projects forward.
What You'll Do
Account Management
Own the day-to-day relationship with gaming partners, including studios, publishers, storefronts, and platforms.
Make sure each partner is getting the best possible experience.
Act as the main point of contact for partner questions, updates, needs, and requests.
Build trust with partners and help them understand how to use our effectively.
Hold weekly meetings, partner check-ins, and status updates.
Present progress, next steps, open issues, and opportunities clearly to partners and internal teams.
Partner Success
Help each partner find better ways to create, showcase, and our distribute playable content.
Work with partners to identify the right gameplay moments, use cases, campaigns, and content opportunities.
Share best practices and help partners improve the quality and impact of their content.
Work closely with internal teams to turn partner feedback into actionable improvements.
Onboarding & Growth
Support the onboarding process for new partners and accounts.
Help move partners from early conversations into active our usage.
Follow up with accounts that are not yet live on us and help push them toward onboarding.
Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities across partner accounts.
Requirements: Requirements
A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming space.
Experience working with customers, partners, clients, or accounts.
Confidence leading calls, presenting updates, and managing ongoing communication.
Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent follow-up.
The ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
The ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and open tasks simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience in gaming, game publishing, game tech, storefronts, creator platforms, or entertainment.
Experience working with indie studios, mid-market partners, publishers, or distribution platforms.
Understanding of content creation, game marketing, creators, storefront discovery, or community-led growth.
Familiarity with Discord, Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, game demos, influencer campaigns, or go-to-market activity for games.
