We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and analytical Customer Experience and Logistics Coordinator to join our global operations team. Reporting directly to the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the orchestration of our weekly shipping programs and manage end-to-end international logistics. In this role, you will combine strong operational execution with excellent customer management, serving as the dedicated focal point for key global accounts and oversight of our European inventory hub.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly Shipping Program Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and build the companys weekly global shipping plan, consolidating commercial demands and aligning them with logistics capacity.
End-to-End Freight Execution: Manage international shipments from order creation, booking carriers, and coordinating with customs brokers, up to document closure (paperwork finalization) and final delivery.
Customer Experience & Account Coordination: Serve as the primary, direct point of contact for global customers, including dedicated management of key designated accounts. Lead day-to-day communication, provide shipment visibility, and ensure a premium service experience.
European Hub Stock Intake: Coordinate and oversee continuous inventory reception and stock intake at our European warehousing sites (3PL) to ensure data accuracy and availability.
Financial Control & Invoice Approval: Audit, verify, and formally approve incoming vendor, carrier, and customs invoices against commercial agreements to maximize cost-efficiency.
Procurement & Rate Optimization: Solicit and evaluate pricing quotes from freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize global logistics spend.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Synchronize operations internally with Sales Managers, Quality Assurance (QA), Warehousing, and Finance teams.
Data Analytics & KPIs: Maintain, monitor, and publish weekly shipment tracking reports and logistics cost KPIs.
Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in global shipping, international logistics, or supply chain customer operations.
Inventory & Hub Management: Prior experience coordinating with overseas third-party logistics (3PL) providers or European hubs - a strong advantage.
Systems: High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Priority, or Oracle) and advanced Excel analytical skills.
Financial Aptitude: Solid experience in financial tracking, cost auditing, or invoice reconciliation workflows.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Hebrew - mandatory.
