We are looking for a System Engineer to join our CT (Computed Tomography) R&D team within the department. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reviewing system-level and sub-system requirements, coordinating system partitioning and total system integration using systems engineering practices.
Your role:
Contribute to system architecture, design, and integration of a complex CT subsystem.
Perform hands-on lab work, including system bring-up, debugging and root-cause analysis.
Own and maintain system-level documentation (requirements, specifications, interfaces, design rationales).
Support verification and integration activities across multiple CT platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
Facilitates operations performance monitoring, reporting, improvement and development, facilitates improvement programs in factory, and supports analytical testing and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and Purchasing.
Conducts assessment of impact to Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and associated controls in relation to design changes and assists in Manufacturing Process Development and Design Transfer activities.

As a Senior R&D Process Development Engineer , you will play a key role in a multidisciplinary engineering team driving the design, development, and launch of next‑generation manufacturing platforms that enable future CT detector technologies. You will work closely with design and hardware teams to translate breakthrough concepts into scalable, automated production processes that deliver reliability, precision, and manufacturability at scale.
Your role:
Team Collaboration: Work as a key member of the R&D process team to develop, test, and implement automated assembly solutions for future products.
Process Development: design and optimization of new automatic assembly lines, specifically for high-precision CT detector modules.
Hands-on Implementation: Support the integration and fine-tuning of Die Attach systems and Epoxy/solder Dispensing processes within the R&D lab and pilot lines.
DFM Support: Participate in design reviews to provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) insights, ensuring that new detector designs are optimized for assembly.
Technology Evaluation: Assist in benchmarking and testing new manufacturing technologies and equipment to determine their feasibility for future product lines.
Validation & Documentation: Execute DOEs (Design of Experiments) and document process characterization as part of the teams effort to meet medical regulatory standards.

we are seeking a Systems Applications Engineer to serve as a key technical resource for equipment readiness, system bring-up, and ongoing product support. In this role, you will partner closely with NPI Program Management, Engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support bills of material, evaluate design and assembly changes, ensure system and subsystem test coverage, and drive resolution of equipment issues. You will become a technical expert in prober operation and bring-up, helping ensure timely response, effective troubleshooting, and field validation of corrective actions.



Partner with NPI Program Management to understand, manage, and assess bills of material for current and future equipment configurations.
Evaluate BOM changes, design documentation, assembly requirements, and related technical updates to support product readiness and manufacturability.
Review system and subsystem test coverage to help ensure required tests exist, are properly executed, and support product quality expectations.
Work closely with Teradyne Engineering and external suppliers to troubleshoot current tool failures, identify root cause, and drive corrective action.
Support implementation of corrective actions and ensure appropriate field validation is completed.
Develop deep technical expertise in prober operation, system bring-up, and equipment behavior.
Serve as a first line of technical response for prober issues, ensuring timely escalation, clear communication, and effective remedies.
Collaborate across engineering, operations, suppliers, and field teams to improve equipment performance, reliability, and supportability.

Develop and implement ESD control plans and procedures for new silicon products.
Evaluate ESD risks associated with different stages of product design, manufacturing and handling, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Lead the verification of an edge AI IP, to be used in our edge-AI products.
Lead a team of chip verification engineers. Plan tasks, allocate people, hold verification design/code reviews, and drive verification execution.
Plan the verification of digital design blocks, including writing test plans, and other verification documents.
Code development of verification features and capabilities, and participate in RTL debug.
Work closely with Architecture, Software, Design, and Physical Design stakeholders to make technical decisions and represent project status throughout the development process.
