Job Description:

Advise the Cost Performance teams day‑to‑day activities to deliver high‑quality budgets and rolling forecasts that support the Corporate Business Plan and Joint Venture submissions.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling disciplined cost planning, clear visibility, and proactive management of risks and opportunities.

Drive strong financial stewardship by prioritizing work, setting clear expectations, and developing team capability through coaching and mentoring.

Ensure forecast accuracy and 100% on‑time delivery of budgets, forecasts, and JV requirements.

Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to ensure accurate Value of Work Done (WOWD), timely cost recognition, and meaningful analysis against plan and forecast.

Establish and maintain clear standards for progress measurement, assumptions, and governance to ensure data integrity and transparency.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including digital and process enhancements, to strengthen predictability and business value.

Provide timely, insightful management reporting that turns financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision‑making.

What you'll do:
Commercial Business Partner
Partner with Sales throughout the deal lifecycle and support structuring in Salesforce
Review global business agreements from an accounting perspective
Provide financial guidance on complex and non-standard deals
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations
Mitigate risk and ensure transparent, accurate financial reporting.
Revenue Controller
Ensure a comprehensive understanding of revenue recognition policy (ASC 606, US GAAP)
Gatekeeper of company policy, ensuring deals are accounted for in accordance with ASC 606, including review and evaluation of non-standard terms and collaboration with billing and collection teams.
Work cross-functionally to design and optimize the global revenue process
Ensure revenue accounting projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Inventory Finance Business Partner to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic management of inventory operations within the FP&A department. This role is critical in aligning inventory processes with financial planning goals and company objectives, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze inventory data to provide actionable insights and forecasts supporting FP&A objectives.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
* Integrate inventory metrics into financial reports, analysis, and budgets.
* Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, aging stock, stock valuation).
* Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock management.
* Utilize technology and tools to enhance inventory management efficiency.
* Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

We are currently looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team and support the companys continued growth
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor accounting team members.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial closing, consolidation, and reporting process of the company in accordance with the US GAAP.
Monitor and control financial transactions, including Payment, AP and AR processes, payroll, and accruals.
Maintain and oversee accounting records and reporting processes in NetSuite.
Support tax preparation, audits, and ongoing work with external auditors.
Maintain and improve internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with tax authorities, VAT, transfer pricing (TP), and statutory reporting requirements.
Responsible for SOX compliance activities, including executing internal controls.
Support ad-hoc projects per requirement.
