Drive HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions.

Partner with managers and teams

Act as a trusted thought partner and support both managers and ICs through people-related challenges, talent development, and organizational dynamics.
Help strengthen communication, collaboration, and employee experience across the company.

Partner closely with the Head of HR and HR team on multiple initiatives
Independently lead projects from idea to execution
Bring structure, prioritization, and clarity to a fast-moving environment
Help evolve the HR function for the companys next stage
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in broad HR roles within fast-paced, tech environments.
High-agency mindset with a strong tendency toward ownership, initiative, and independent execution.

Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data, metrics, and insights to support decision-making.
Understanding of modern HR best practices and organizational trends, with the ability to bring ideas and perspectives from high-performing companies into a startup environment.
Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
High level of emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive situations across different stakeholders and seniority levels.
Fluent English and Hebrew - experience working globally preferred.
Experience leading performance and compensation cycles preferred.

we are looking for a HR Builder.
What will you do?
You will understand business and people needs and translate them into actionable processes, solutions, and scalable ways of working. You will identify gaps and design AI-driven solutions, including workflows, automations, tools, and new operational approaches.
You will work hands-on across recruiting, learning, leadership development, and broader people initiatives, stepping in where the business needs support most and where you can create the biggest impact.
This role combines execution with building. Sometimes that means recruiting hands-on, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving hiring processes. Other times it means building learning programs, leadership initiatives, new workflows, or smarter systems that improve how the organization operates.
We value deep expertise alongside constant expansion, someone who brings strong professional depth, while continuously exploring new domains, systems, tools, and ways of building.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in an HR, Talent, or People role
AI-native and builder-oriented: AI is embedded in how you work, and you have hands-on experience building workflows, automations, tools, or operational solutions using platforms such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Zapier, Make, or similar
Strong familiarity with HR tech, HRIS, and ATS platforms (e.g. HiBob, Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar), including process design, system optimization, HR analytics and reporting, data integrity, workflow automation, and cross-system integrations
Technical affinity and systems thinking: you naturally identify inefficiencies and turn manual processes into scalable solutions through technology, automation, and smarter ways of working
Strong professional depth in at least one HR/Talent domain, alongside the ability and motivation to operate across recruiting, learning, leadership development, and people operations
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights, metrics, and experimentation to guide decisions and measure impact
Curious by default, about people, systems, tools, and better ways of working
This position is open to all candidates.
