Roles and responsibilities within this role:
Responsible for developing and testing concepts for the next generation of DLP printers.
Leading System development activities E2E from the definition stage till implementation, including requirements definition, simulations, planning, design, validation, and implementation
Defining, leading, and performing tests and research activities in R&D labs and on printers.
Improving printing sequence and the part quality via defining novel sequences\ algorithms and by process parameter manipulation
Point of knowledge for System aspects of the printing process requires an understanding of the mechanics, electronics, and printing SW
Defining high-level system requirements and software requirements for printers
Qualifying new system modules (DLP Projector, LCD screen, Diaphragms from different types of materials, technology and size, Automatic resin feeding system, mechanics, electronics, optics & SW)
Initiating new system-related ideas and innovations to support SSYS roadmap and future needs
Working in full alignment with all R&D matrix, project managers, Chemistry researchers, and system engineers.

The Engineering department is looking for a Product Leader to be responsible for End-to-End system engineering related aspects
our Engineering department is part of DMD division.
You will be responsible for overseeing all NPI-related processes, ensuring manufacturability and sustainability across our multidisciplinary products, including both hardware and software.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead NPI activities from the early design phases (DFx, prototyping) through the first article stage, implementation (High Volume Manufacturing), and ongoing sustainability
Lead and support aspects of existing products through ECO, including new Design, Failure Analysis, Wavers review, End Of Life substitute, Procedures
Act as a focal point with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Service and R&D
Responsible of System aspects in Production line, through product cycle- NPI to End of Life
Support Production requirements, jigs/ test tools, troubleshooting, cost reduction activity and reliability.

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, Blowers, Engines, gearboxes, and related mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools, vibration analysis, and equipment history.

Support overhauls, breakdowns, and planned shutdown activities.

Ensure all work is performed according to engineering drawings, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manuals, and maintenance procedures.

Identify recurring mechanical problems and recommend long‑term solutions.

Safety & Compliance

Execute maintenance work in strict compliance with safety procedures MOC (Management of change), JRA (Job Risk Analyses), Control of Work, Start Work Checks.

Participate in toolbox talks and actively contribute to a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance checks.

Ensure proper hazardous energy isolation and safe work practices.

Project & Integrity Support

Assist with mechanical scopes of projects, upgrades.

Support asset integrity programs including vibration monitoring, lubrication management, and equipment condition assessments.

Participate in commissioning and start-up of new rotating equipment.

Collaborate with inspection teams on mechanical integrity and equipment health assessments.

Collaboration with Supply Chain

Identify required spare parts and support procurement of mechanical components and consumables.

Ensure proper storage and preservation of spare parts.

Assist with coordination of specialized vendors and third‑party maintenance services.

Maintenance Planning & CMMS

Provide feedback to planners and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) superusers for scheduling improvement.

Update CMMS with detailed work order information.

Support continuous improvement of job plans, procedures, and maintenance strategies.

Ensure maintenance frequencies follow regulatory, and reliability best practices.

The Production team is looking for a RMA Production Integration Engineer to join the RMA line and work on state of the art tools in the semiconductor industry.
Your role will be to manufacture the company products while maintaining highest quality and on-time delivery.
As part of your job you will interact and work with the Engineering, R&D and QA departments to solve complicated on tool problems and test new tools and features as part of the transfer to production process.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead tool manufacturing process from start to end (1-2 weeks project).
Integration of multidisciplinary systems (optical, electronic, pneumatic, computing, and mechanical) according to predefined procedures.
Ability to solve complex system challenges, constantly learning and striving to independence.
Work with engineering and R&D to address systems/production process challenges.
Adress quality issues and repair recommendations for suppliers by nonconformance report.
Work in an organized way using digital procedures and flow management system.
Always striving to reduce cycle time and improve working process.
Help and consult team members to overcome challenges on their tools.

Required Maintenance Specialist
Job Summary
As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex medical imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety.
Job Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, utilizing schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals.
Conduct corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Document all service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and part replacements, accurately and thoroughly.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product lines, software, and upgrades.
Adhere to all company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, FDA).
Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary components for repairs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service.
Participate in on-call rotations and be available for emergency service requests outside of regular business hours.

Performs basic analysis of Process Safety Management (PSM)

Utilization of computerized systems, including SAP, D2 (document control), Enablon (E-PTW), and Bluebeam Revu.

Execute and understand MOC and RIK processes

Execute level 1 and level 2 Hazard analysis in general work, breaking containment, isolation of hazardous energy, bypass critical protection, and stop work authority to ensure safe operation.
