Your Experience
At least 7+ years proven experience as a technical program manager.
Demonstrated experience driving huge-scale, strategic programs spanning multiple R&D groups and hundreds of people, establishing governance and portfolio-level visibility from scratch.
Deep expertise in building end-to-end processes using Agile/iterative development methodologies, with a proven ability to design scalable frameworks for engineering teams.
Highly proficient in leveraging modern AI technologies and LLM-backed tools to automate, optimize, and enhance daily program management efficiency.
A self-motivated, proactive self-starter who excels at independent problem-solving and critical thinking with a proven ability to remain calm, flexible, and decisive when navigating highly ambiguous or rapidly changing environments. Proven ability to push through in face of resistance and show the value of the change.
Strong technical background with the ability to actively participate in, and constructively contribute to, complex technical and architectural design discussions.
