we are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our The Merchant-Ops squad responsible for various domains and products that manage and support our merchants and their ongoing relationship with us. The team develops mobile applications, web platforms, and backend services, and is composed of skilled backend, frontend, and data engineers.
As the Merchant-Ops Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the team's technical leadership, domain design, and day-to-day execution. You will collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to define priorities and deliver impactful solutions that align with key business goals. We are looking for someone who can drive end-to-end ownership, balance business needs with strong engineering practices, and help shape the direction of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of our Merchant Ops products, empowering merchants and partners with seamless tools, insights, and a reward system.
Solve complex architectural problems, utilizing your deep understanding of system architecture.
Collaborate with other team members, sharing your expertise and facilitating a culture of learning.

Requirements:
