we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager .
As an Expert Search User Acquisition Manager, you will help our acquisition efforts, be responsible for setting, optimizing, and scaling campaigns on Search campaigns (Google and Bing ads). You'll work closely with the bigger team, providing actionable insights and sharing best practices and knowledge.
What you'll be doing:
Set, optimize, and scale search campaigns in order to achieve KPIs
Share actionable insights and knowledge with existing PPC account managers.
Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to drive actionable insights
Co-initiate and implement teams performance oriented projects, constantly seeking improvement opportunities
Work together with CS, Sales and product to optimize every step of the funnel
Work closely with the creative and content teams to improve Conv Rate
Identify trends and constantly come up with new growth opportunities
Initiate, structure and measure AB tests on landing pages
Combine business and creative thinking to understand user pain points, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into practical actions that improve campaign and funnel performance.
Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
Fast learner with a proactive, self-sufficient approach; able to independently research, troubleshoot, and find solutions in a dynamic growth environment.
Can-do and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to dive deep into campaign data, keyword structures, funnels, and experiments to uncover optimization opportunities
At Least 2 years hands-on experience managing Google search campaigns
Fluent English verbal and written
Outstanding analytical and quantitative skill set - a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large-scale data analysis
Capable of working independently, while also being a great team player
Prioritize high-impact initiatives and focus on actions that move the needle on acquisition growth, efficiency, and business KPIs.
Critical thinker and problem solver
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in exact science, economics, industrial engineering, marketing, business or related fields
Experience with other acquisition channels is an advantage
Experience in a B2B SaaS company - huge advantage
