We are looking for a Head of Product, where you will be the "CEO" of Fullpath's CRM business unit - one of the most strategically critical and newest additions to our product portfolio. You will have full end-to-end ownership of the domain's strategy, product roadmap, and engineering execution, leading an integrated team of Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Developers. The CRM domain sits at the heart of how automotive dealerships manage their customer relationships and sales pipeline. It is a technically complex, data-intensive product: a per-dealer, multi-tenant system deeply integrated with dealership back-office systems and third-party data sources, with a rapidly growing AI and agentic layer. Your mission is to make this domain a category-defining product. Your goal is to drive meaningful business outcomes by leading both product strategy and execution, breaking down the wall between product and engineering, and ensuring the team stays aligned, focused, and moving fast toward impact. What you will be responsible for:

* Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and long-term strategy for the CRM domain in alignment with the company's overall goals - including its evolving AI roadmap.
* Product-Engineering Integration: Lead an integrated organization of product managers and engineers. Foster a culture where "the business outcome is the mission," and technical excellence serves business value.
* End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of your domain - from discovery and ideation to architecture, development, and production.
* Business Impact: Define, track, and be accountable for the domain's KPIs (revenue, retention, dealer engagement, churn).
* People Management: Manage, mentor and grow high-performing Product and Engineering managers. Build a culture that prioritizes ownership and accountability.
* Operational Excellence: Optimize team methodologies to sustain high delivery velocity without accumulating technical debt.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead and grow our product management team. This leadership role will be crucial in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while fostering customer-centric innovation. The Director will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful products that transform the mobility industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a strategic initiative within a global enterprise, driving the vision and execution of a Software Delivery Insights platform from concept to launch.

Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring end-to-end delivery from business requirements to successful launch.

Champion data-driven decisions, blending analytics with user insights to prioritize features that deliver measurable customer value.

As a cross-functional product leader, youll define and drive the platform strategy that underpins the One experience. Youll bring structure to prioritization decisions, support the migration of customers to our current platform plans, and develop clear product guidance for internal stakeholders and the field.

The ideal candidate brings a strong product management background, deep platform intuition, and has operated in later-stage B2B SaaS environments. Youve worked directly with Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to drive platform strategy from concept to customer rollout.

What you will do:

Own platform product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product lines
Manage and develop a team of 3-4 PMs and 1-2 Designers, including mentorship and career growth
Lead platform migration plans, including transitioning legacy customers to One
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales on platform feature alignment and customer value
Collaborate with Deal Desk, PMM, and Enablement to operationalize platform capabilities - feature guidance, release workflows, customer messaging, and field training
Bring customer, competitor, and market insights into platform strategy decisions
Track platform adoption and performance by region, product line, and customer segment, and optimize strategy based on findings
