Were looking for an IT Compliance Associate to join our Technology team and help ensure our systems, vendors, and internal processes meet legal, regulatory, and security standards. In this role, youll support the design and implementation of an effective IT compliance framework, manage access controls, assess risk, and guide teams in upholding compliance across the organization.

What will your job look like:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and REM stakeholders to define analysis strategies and support data-driven decision-making.
Develop a deep understanding of REM's large-scale mapping ecosystem, including map creation, validation, and update pipelines.
Build analytical models to estimate map creation timelines, operational costs, and scalability across regions and map products.
Analyze map freshness, update latency, coverage gaps, and map quality to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze the impact of fleet size, geographic distribution, and driving patterns on map quality, coverage, and update velocity.
Build scripts, automate analysis workflows, and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and analytical effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience using Python for data manipulation, analysis, automation, and tool development.
Strong understanding of complex systems and the ability to analyze interactions across multiple engineering components.
Experience creating scripts and automating analytical workflows.
Experience effectively using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
Strong problem-solving skills, broad vision, and a systematic approach to investigation and root-cause analysis.
Experience querying and analyzing data using SQL and working with databases.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will be part of our company's REM department. our companys Road Experience Management (REM) is an end-to-end mapping and localization engine which is used for full autonomy capabilities and services.
Generating validation process and methodologies for such a technology giant is challenging, sufficient & enriching work.
Since we are dealing with a complex system based on machine learning and image processing, the analysis and validation processes require deep thinking as well as advanced technical and analytic abilities.
You will be responsible for defining and developing validation infrastructure, tools and methods using cutting edge technology and cloud-based application.
What will your job look like?
Participate in planning and implementation of advanced validation Processes
Define and implement end-to-end validation tools and methods with advanced geometric calculations, logics, and heuristic
Integrating new features into existing Validation Processes
Improving sensitivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of validation processes
Management and prioritization of daily tasks
Integration of tools and algorithms from different departments in the company and applying them into our validation infrastructure.
Requirements:
BSc in computer science, Mathematics, or similar field
3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and automating algorithm validation or software testing, with a focus on performance testing for complex, data-intensive, or machine-learning algorithms.
Experience with Python (NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Pandas)
Strong analytical capabilities and experience in data processing
Knowledge in descriptive statistics, probability, and statistical inference
