We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Developer to join the Business Automation team. The role focuses on building scalable solutions, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Operations, and Support.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flow.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and automation logic
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, Power Platform, etc.).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (Sales Ops, Finance, Support, etc.).
Optimize system performance, handle technical debt, and improve existing automations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs.
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and best practices.

WHAT YOULL DO
Design, develop, and deploy user-facing enhancements and custom applications using LWC and advanced Flows to maximize productivity.
Operate within a high-throughput Kanban environment, managing WIP and prioritizing tasks to ensure a continuous flow of development.
Implement optimized solutions - through both efficient Apex code and configuration - to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Build and maintain essential back-end logic using Apex Triggers, Classes, and Asynchronous Apex, ensuring business rules execute reliably.
Manage metadata deployments across environments using Gearset (or similar CI/CD tools) and maintain strict version control (Git) standards.
Write comprehensive unit tests with high code coverage and conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure system stability and security.
Architect and maintain robust integration patterns between Salesforce and custom-built internal tools across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.
