What you'll be doing
Analyze large-scale player data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across retention, progression, economy, and monetization.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports used daily by Product, Game Design, and Monetization and R&D teams.
Define and monitor KPIs, detect anomalies, and proactively surface insights to stakeholders.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Economy Managers, and Developers to support data-driven decision making.
Support A/B testing efforts: experiment design, results analysis, and clear recommendations.
Requirements:
A business-oriented mindset focused on delivering results.
Sharp analytical skills to uncover insights and solve complex challenges.

Someone who takes initiative and approaches challenges with confidence and curiosity.
2+ years of experience in Business Analyst (Gaming industry- must)
Experience building dashboards using modern BI tools
Strong ability to explain complex data concepts and insights to non-technical audiences
Extensive SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
Strong presentation and communication skills and proficiency in English

Experience working with Cursor - an advantage.
