We are a fast-moving DefenseTech startup building complex multi-disciplinary systems combining hardware, Embedded software, optics/lasers, mechanics, and communications.
We are looking for a Senior system Integration Lead to own end-to-end system integration and early bring-up of complex systems in a highly hands-on lab environment.
This is a core engineering role, sitting at the center of HW/SW/physics - responsible for turning distributed components into a working system.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop hardware products, including circuit boards and systems, in line with industry standards
Lead end-to-end development of multidisciplinary hardware, from schematics and layout to testing and production support
Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting, including root cause analysis and preventive actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design, performance, and manufacturability
Maintain hardware design, testing, and quality documentation

We are looking for a Senior Verification engineer to join our team. 

Job Description:
 The role includes defining verification strategies, building environments, and ensuring coverage closure for complex designs.
You will work closely with design and architecture teams throughout the full development lifecycle.

You will work closely with hardware engineers from schematic design through production, taking ownership of complex
multilayer PCB layouts in a multidisciplinary development environment.

What Youll Do
* Design complex multilayer PCBs (2-10 layers and above) using Cadence Allegro PCB Designer
* Work with OrCAD Capture schematics and implement them accurately in layout
* Define design rules according to electrical, EMC/EMI, and Signal Integrity requirements
* Design routing for high-speed analog and digital signals and communication interfaces
* Work with low and medium voltage designs, including isolation and separation requirements
* Collaborate with the mechanical team for enclosure integration
* Prepare manufacturing files (Gerber, Drill, Stackup, Pick & Place) and support production
* Work with Priority ERP for component database management
