We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead Earnix's global IT function. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own and evolve the IT infrastructure, service delivery, security posture, and AI integration capabilities that underpin the business across our worldwide offices. You will manage a globally distributed team covering help desk support, systems administration, information security, and AI-driven tooling — ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT services for a fast-growing SaaS company.
?What You Will Do: Own and continuously improve global IT operations, including help desk support, systems administration, endpoint management, and IT infrastructure across all Earnix offices and remote users. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate operational and growth needs into scalable IT solutions, policies, and strategic roadmaps. Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the company’s information security program, ensuring compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and relevant regulatory frameworks globally. Drive the adoption and integration of AI-powered tools and automation across IT workflows, enabling global teams to work more efficiently and securely. Build, manage, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed IT team, setting clear goals, driving best practices, and fostering a culture of service excellence.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of IT to lead our global IT teams (primarily in Israel and Belarus) and support over 500 employees worldwide.
This role operates within a hybrid IT model, where some systems and services (including endpoint management and corporate tooling) are managed centrally at the group level, while others are owned locally.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation, alignment, and efficiency across these environments, while driving a modern, cloud-first, and automation-driven IT function.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale global IT operations, including corporate IT, helpdesk, and internal infrastructure
Own the IT strategy, roadmap, and annual budget aligned with business growth and efficiency goals
Operate within a hybrid IT environment, ensuring alignment between centrally managed and locally managed systems
Act as the primary focal point for collaboration with group-level IT functions, including coordination, alignment, and escalations
Drive a cloud-first and SaaS-driven IT environment, optimizing tools, performance, and cost
Improve IT operations through automation, self-service, and AI-driven workflows (e.g., onboarding, ticketing, access management)
Oversee identity and access processes, endpoint lifecycle, and device management in coordination with central platforms
Ensure high availability and performance of IT services across all locations
Establish and enforce IT standards, processes, and KPIs (SLAs, user satisfaction, response times)
Partner closely with Security to enforce policies, strengthen endpoint posture, and support compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, internal audits)
Manage and mentor team leads, build a strong ownership culture, and develop talent
Own vendor management, procurement processes, and cost optimization initiatives
Lead global IT projects and system implementations.

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist, reporting to the Support Team Leader, who can resolve customer queries, recommend solutions and guide product users through features and functionalities. This position will assist our internal and external customers with platform related questions via our ticketing system process and triage incoming tickets, develop and maintain a professional level of proficiency with our specific systems and technologies. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients trust, demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about customer service and self-improvement. An ideal candidate should be a great brand ambassador who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is hybrid, working from our location in the bursa in Ramat Gan, Israel. Schedule is Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm (Friday/work from home).
Responsibilities:
Onboarding new users to the system, including user adoption
Administration of pending orders and payments
Reconciliation of all company orders to confirm the correctness of data
Identification of areas of improvement, both in process and product
Promptly responding to customer queries via ticketing system, emails, phone
Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers issues
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
Oversee and address any support and/or technical issues associated with clients and suppliers throughout interactions.
